2. Purpose and acceptance

This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the Elenco website (the "website"). Accessing the website confers the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of every provision of this legal notice, in the version published at the time of access. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

The website is informational in nature: it presents the technical audiovisual production, equipment rental, broadcast and venue management services provided by Elenco, and makes a contact form available to users to request information or a proposal. No contracts are concluded and no payments are made online through the website.

The user undertakes to make diligent, correct and lawful use of the website and its contents, in accordance with current legislation, good faith, public order and this legal notice. The photographs of projects correspond to productions carried out by Elenco. The logos and trademarks of clients, certification bodies and institutions that appear on the website belong to their respective owners, are displayed purely for information and professional reference, and do not imply sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement other than the commercial or certification relationship described in each case.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation of the contents, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Elenco, except for personal and private use. The user may view and print the contents exclusively for personal use.

Elenco strives to keep the information on the website up to date and accurate, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or that the contents are permanently up to date. The technical characteristics of equipment, the references and the figures published are indicative and may vary; the technical and financial proposal that Elenco sends to each client is the only binding document.
