    Sound equipment rental.
    Technician included.

Sound for conferences, conventions, galas, concerts and events in Madrid and across Spain. The equipment is ours, it leaves our warehouse in Boadilla del Monte and our own sound engineer sets it up and runs it.

    Which system you need

    Sound, by room and audience.

A meeting for 40 people does not sound like an auditorium or an open-air concert. We choose the system by the size of the space, the number of guests and what will be played: speech only, videos or live music.

Tell us the venue, how many people will attend and the running order. We will suggest the system that covers the whole room with the same clarity, without more speakers than needed.

    What we use it for

Sound for every kind of event.

    Conferences and conventions

Clear speech across the room, wireless microphones for speakers and questions, and sound for the videos. With recording and a feed for streaming if needed.

    Concerts and shows

d&b V-Series line array with subwoofers and a Yamaha or Midas digital console for live sound, run by our own sound engineer.

    Galas, awards and launches

Sound for music, hosts and videos, coordinated with vision mixing, lighting and screens.

    Trade fairs and open spaces

PA and sound for stands, forums and open areas, tuned so as not to disturb the spaces next door.

    Institutional events

Discreet sound for plenaries, summits and official ceremonies, together with the conference system and simultaneous interpretation.

    Television and streaming

A separate mix for broadcast, so that what people hear at home sounds as good as in the room.

    How we do it

From the plan to the sound check.

    1. 1

      We study the space

Dimensions, capacity, rigging points, power and running order. We visit the venue if needed.

    2. 2

      We set up and tune

Rigging, cabling and system tuning so it sounds the same in the front row as in the back.

    3. 3

      We run the event

A sound engineer runs the console throughout the event, and we strike when it ends.

    FAQ

    What we are often asked.

What sound equipment do I need for my event?

It depends on the space, the number of people and what will be played. For a meeting, a couple of speakers and wireless microphones are enough; an auditorium or a concert needs a line array. Tell us the venue, the capacity and the running order and we will suggest the system.

How much does it cost to rent sound equipment?

It depends on the system, the event days, the set-up and the crew. Tell us the venue, the capacity and the dates and we will send you a closed quote, with transport, set-up and engineer included.

    Is the sound engineer included?

Yes. A sound engineer from our staff sets up, tunes and runs the console throughout the event.

Do you rent the equipment only, without an engineer?

Yes, to production companies and industry firms with their own engineer. We prepare and test it in our warehouse before handing it over.

    What microphones do you have?

Shure ULX-D wireless handheld and lavalier microphones, and table and lectern microphones for conferences. For round tables and plenaries we also have a conference system.

Do you have sound for concerts and outdoor events?

Yes. We have a d&b V-Series line array with V-GSUB subwoofers, which can be flown or mounted on towers, and Yamaha and Midas digital consoles for live sound.

Can you also handle lighting and screens?

Yes. We provide sound, lighting, LED screens, vision mixing and streaming, with a single technical lead for the whole event.

    Do you work outside Madrid?

Yes. Our warehouse is in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid) and we work all over Spain.

    Need sound for your event?
