Booth and interpreters
Interpreters follow the room from a soundproof booth and translate live. Each pair works at its own interpreter desk.

Transmitter and radiators
The central unit sends each language on a separate channel. Infrared radiators cover the whole room, even the largest ones.

Delegate receiver
Each delegate picks a language on a pocket receiver with headphones. We hand them out and collect them, with a delivery check.

What we are often asked.
How many receivers can you bring?
As many as your event needs, from a small meeting to a large congress. Tell us the number of delegates and we will state it in writing in the proposal.
How many languages can be interpreted at once?
Each language has its own channel. Tell us how many languages you need and we will propose the number of booths and interpreters.
Do you provide the interpreters?
Yes, if you need them. We offer the technical equipment alone or together with interpreters for each language.
How much space does a booth take?
A mobile booth needs about 2 × 2 metres with a direct view of the stage. During the site visit we decide where it goes so it does not disturb the audience.
Can the interpretation be recorded?
Yes. We record the room and each language channel separately, and can send them to the live stream.
How far in advance should we book?
Ideally three or four weeks, especially if interpreters have to be found. For equipment only, ask us even if the date is close.
Is your event held in several languages?
Tell us the date, venue, number of delegates and languages. We reply within 48-72 hours, depending on urgency and scope, with a closed proposal.
