About us / How we work

    Code of ethics and conduct

"A code that does not bind those who sign it is worth nothing."

For almost thirty years we have been walking into our clients' premises and into the heart of their most important occasions. This is what you can expect from us, in writing.

    01

    Safety first.

No deadline justifies an avoidable risk. Anyone who stops a set-up for safety reasons always has the backing of management.

    02

    The same rules for everyone.

Equal treatment and opportunities, zero tolerance of harassment and an Equality Plan adopted voluntarily.

    03

What you tell us stays here.

Production plans, attendee data, unreleased content: total discretion, also once the project is over. Every member of staff, everyone hired for a project and every collaborator signs a confidentiality agreement, without exception.

    04

    Fair play.

No bribes and no favours for payment. Only gifts of token value, never during a tender. When in doubt, we ask before accepting.

    05

    Suppliers who measure up.

We choose on quality, solvency and price, and we ask everyone who works with us for the same labour, safety and data commitments.

    06

    Renting is already reusing.

Extending the life of equipment avoids purchases and waste. We add optimised routes, consolidated loads and lower-consumption equipment.

    Ethics channel

Seen something that does not add up? Tell us.

It is run by independent external advisers. It is confidential, accepts anonymous reports and prohibits any retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.

Direct access to the channel goes live with the publication of the website.
